DEUX OPTIONS TO CHOOSE 

- Self-catering: the weekend, privatize our house! Our professional kitchen, the dining room (dishes, coffee makers, fridges, cleaning products ...) and our accommodations, are made available to you.

Minimum 40 and maximum 100 people.

- All inclusive:
for a weekend or several days, we welcome you in half-board or full board. Stay according with to your requirements, traditional or festive meals, services, dishes, cleaning included.


CATERING

Our dining room is spacious and bright, the bay windows allow a stunning view over the village and the surrounding countryside, it can accommodate up to 110 guests.

The layout of the room can be changed and adapted to different needs and occasions: individual tables of 6 to 14 covers, as well as large tables of 40 to 80 people for specials dinners.

The room and toilets are accessible to people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

OUR KITCHEN

An important part of your stay is often around the table, we are at your disposal to create with you the menu that will meet your needs the best.

Dishes served are made fresh every day, promoting manual techniques for sauces, pasta, cut up fruit, etc.

Prioritizing fresh produce: providing balanced meals and menus (carbohydrates and vegetables, dairy products, fresh products at every meal). Hearty cold breakfasts including milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter, jam, honey, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals...

Our meats (Charolais) are produced locally.


Burgundy specialties of the house: cheese puffs, eggs “en meurette” (red wine sauce), beef bourguignon, "coq au vin", as well as guinea fowl with cider, "tartiflette", cake with nuts, pies, chocolate fondue ...

Menus adapted to people with special diets or those with food allergies.


Festive meals, family meetings, association, sports club...
 A la carte, from festive meals to collective catering; our center is first and for most delivering family cooking that guarantees the quality of traditional Burgundy gastronomy.”


OUR EQUIPMENTS

- Two activity rooms, each accommodating up to 15.

- Two meeting rooms
with a capacity of up to 40 people.

- A courtyard
of 600m2 for different activities.

- Diverse equipment:
whiteboards, projectors, table tennis, board games ...

- Swimming pool
in operation between mid-June and mid-September.


SURROUNDINGS

Close by to our facilities: paths, forests, streams, pond ...

- The garden and the orchard are situated towards the back of the dining room, in a dynamic of permaculture.

- Located within the CPIE grounds, the meadow (1 hectare) is entirely fenced off.

- An old lavatory is located 100 m from the CPIE. It is accessible either by the main road or through the meadow.

- The 300 meters long path through the trees allows you to access the woods in the shade.

- The forest of Ruchotte is full of charming oaks, it is property of the CPIE in which the facilities were created to allow the observation of nature.

- The Craloup stream is located at the bottom of the woods, about 800 m from the center.

- And finally, the Collonge’s pond is located 1 km from the center.
